Today I’m chatting with Mo Seetubtim, founder of The Happiness Planner.
The Happiness Planner is a gorgeously designed planner created to help cultivate the 5 key elements of expanding happiness in our daily life - increasing self-awareness, positive thinking, mindfulness, gratitude and personal growth.
Mo’s heart-centered mission is guiding people to practice these habits these over and over so that one day they will become a part of who you are and no matter what happens in life, you will always find joy and peace from within.
The Happiness Planner was first launched in March 2015 and since then has seen astronomical growth and is taking the world by storm.
In this episode I chat to Mo about how the idea for The Happiness Planner first came about and the strategies that have been instrumental in growing her business into a global empire.
